Delving dungeons and deep into #ttrpg lore! - GM since 2000.
D&D-PF-PbtA-etc.
Some #JRPG/comics/general nerdiness.

"There's no need to make the easy stuff hard and the hard stuff easy—trust the developer enough to follow the difficulty curve they've laid out for you."
Interesting.
Does anyone else agree with this assessment?
I've not yet played BG3.

My 10(!) player Monster of the Week group has Session Two coming up.
We've gone with the Touring Band team concept from the upcoming Codex of Worlds.
Anybody have any cool mystery/monster ideas to tackle for a mystical hard rock band called Embers of Sage?

A bit embarrassed that it took me about 20 years of #DnD and #LotR fandom to notice that the D&D orc gods Gruumsh and Yurtrus have as their respective holy symbols a baleful, unblinking eye, and a white hand on a dark field...
Geared toward a campaign within a settled kingdom rather than the "points of light" Savage Frontier that is the standard for #5E Forgotten Realms, but an insightful thread on #ttrpg domain play:
Today's #TTRPG thread is all about the Conqueror phase of gameplay. I feel like this is the phase with the most ambiguity and where gameplay begins to shift again. Let's talk about what changes and what stays the same. 🧵
I enjoyed the #DnDMovie ; it was a fun swashbuckling romp.
The spells and magic items were creatively used, and the Forgotten Realms lore was surprisingly pretty accurate.
Now here's the credit that @TheEdVerse didn't get: thank you for your world.
