An avoidant’s core dilemma: Wanting to be loved, but fearing that being known means losing their independence.
Somehow, I can never sympathize with one of them.....toxic people who never seem to care about you.
They aren't just "loners", they’re drained. They don’t have it in them to pour love into someone else again, only to end up with more trauma. At some point, solitude becomes less about isolation and more about self-protection.
How long can you maintain a friendship in which you are the only one giving? Be it info, advice, knowledge or anything, the other person is just absorbing that with no input.
@Delhiwalididi Two reasons I can think of as to why the minister is making such shameless statement:
a) They are arrogant. They think that people have no alternative and will eventually vote for them.
b) The elections are rigged and they no longer need people's mandate to win it.
@urbanmonnk The longevity is something to be admired. Tennis is probably the most physically demanding sport and yet here he is still in competing against Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz...even beating them in their prime. If not for these two,he'd still be adding more slams to his tally
@ReaL_Dp14 I can sense that you have a hard time trusting people. In general,if someone is consistent for a longer duration of time,that's one of the indicator that they are authentic.... assuming there's nothing transactional between the two of you.
Never ignore your gut feeling that says something isn't quite right....neverrrrrrr.
However,you have to be highly aware and observant of your own self and your own patterns to be able to spot that.
