🌾 Deep Rooted Screening at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show @outdoorfarmshow !

We were thrilled to host a screening of @DeepRootedFilm at Canada's Outdoor Farm Show last week, with a lovely turnout and delicious mocktails and snacks provided by @OntarioFarms and @Scotiabank ! 🎬✨

Following the film, we led a short panel discussion with director Kyle McDonnell, farmer Darryl Boersma (featured in the documentary), and Katelyn Caughell from Agriculture Wellness Ontario. Together, we explored:

Key learnings from making and sharing the film
The joys and challenges of life on the farm
The stigma that prevents many farmers from seeking support
Resources and strategies that can make a real difference in mental health

We were also joined by OFA President Drew Spoelstra, who highlighted the importance of farmers caring for both their minds and bodies.
