Bank of Uganda (@BOU_Official), there’s been news making the rounds about an online theft of billions earmarked for paying off Uganda’s sovereign debt.

Now we see some websites report news of an investigation into this international heist that has seen billions disappear via Japan and the United Kingdom.

It says here that this has all the markings of an inside job between high ranking officials in BOU and @mofpedU
