@delhivery What kind of service is this? My pickup was scheduled for today, but no one arrived, no call or notification was received, and yet the shipment is marked as an unsuccessful pickup attempt. Even my society’s visitor records show no entry for a pickup.

@delhivery How can a pickup be marked as attempted when no one actually came? This leaves the customer completely in the dark.
Kindly look into this matter urgently and ensure the pickup is completed at the earliest, and no later than 9 AM tomorrow morning.

@AmazonHelp Yes. I have reached out to the support team via chat. It leads to the screenshot I pasted above. There is no option to raise another return request as the status visible in the SS is still showing approved, and then comment says Cancelled, even though I haven't cancelled. 1/2
