Enugu Bus Terminal Management visits Nnenna Otti Bus Terminal, Commends Abia Government for Remarkable Strides

The Management of Enugu Bus Terminal paid an Unscheduled Visit to the NNENNA Otti Bus terminal and commended the Abia State Government for it’s Remarkable Transport Revolution.

The Team Which included the Managing Director, Mr John Eboh, Chief Orjiogbo .C, The Legal consultant, Barr. Akwaugo. U and others took a tour of the Facility.

The Team was Received by the Honorable Commissioner For Transport, Dr Chimezie Isaac Ukaegbu and The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Transport, Dr Obioma Nwaogbe.

The Abia State Commissioner For Transport explained that the amazing facility and Operations was in line with Dr Alex Otti’s Vision for a Restructured Transportation System.

They were also introduced to the Abia Green Shuttle, An experience that has proved to be a masterpiece.

Mr John Eboh commended the State Government, Stressing that he was very impressed by the environmentally sustainable system , this included the Solar powered grid, The Abia Bus Network, The Terminal’s Digital Safety log system and indicated that Enugu would seek to replicate a model he described as a gold standard.

He further stated that Abia’s Operational model would eventually help to clean out some of the challenges they were facing in their bus Terminal.

He also commended Abia’s introduction of Electric Buses, stating that Enugu preferred to go with CNG. Impressed by the team on Ground, He promised to always keep in touch with the Abia Transport team as it would definitely improve transport operations in the both states.
