Week+ without internet thanks to @SuperloopAU’s botched transition & @nbnaustralia’s inability to send a technician. Forced to run on mobile hotspot. Superloop never warned us NBN would force FTTC→FTTP switch. Costs mounting daily. #SuperloopFail #NBNFail #SydneyInternet

I haven’t seen anything more pathetic than @NBN_Australia. First they make us move from FTC to FTP but then they don’t provide any technicians for FTP and for one time they do the technician backs off due to rain. @AlboMP small things but yet has big impacts #pathetic

Seriously @NBN_Australia I literally posted a couple of days ago around the poor service that we receive and today we are back again to loose our internet connection. It is so frustrating. If everytime i loose 24hrs due to sla i am not sure what to expect #worst #service

@NBN_Australia Hey @NBN_Australia team it shows no outage and that was the case previously as well but in the end it was the @NBN_Australia team which fixed the issue and not service provider

@NBN_Australia is the worst internet provider you can ever be with. Our internet was out since morning and there is no solid response from our ISP (more telecom) who is dependent on nbn. There isn’t even an escalation point for this #worst #service
