@23_rahulr I also lost money via UPI id not even know how they were able to crack pin. Since the money lost via UPI pon bank isn't giving back the money. Mine they smartly took less than 5k till my account left with less than 5k. I decided seperate it out. Keep minimum to the upilinked acnt

I didn’t receive any sms other than 2 so they are not responsible to send all sms. When things goes happy path no problem when issue comes how you support your customers matter the most. @HDFC_Bank
I’m HDFC customer for long time recently some fraud happened in my account. Someone took money less than 5000/- via UPI and cleared my entire account. Received only 2 sms and my account got blocked only in the evening.
Luckily kept only 50k in my account. When I raised disputes they easily washed their hand saying it is done via UPI authentication so only customer is responsible. Bank doesn’t have a responsibility to block the account within 2 similar transactions or call the customer.
