@help_delhivery How can a delivery date be promised to customers when the pickup itself has not been completed? Such timelines create false expectations and cause inconvenience to both senders and recipients. I request Delhivery to explain how a delivery commitment was provided

If @delhivery @help_delhivery is not capable of providing pickup services in a particular area, then why give customers false expectations by accepting pickup requests?

@help_delhivery Another concern is regarding the delivery commitment shown by your system. When I created the shipment on 28 May, the expected delivery date was shown as 2 June. However, as of now, the shipment has not even been picked up.

Customers should not have to face such negligence after booking a service. Kindly look into this matter and improve accountability in your pickup operations.

Very disappointing experience with @delhivery I raised multiple pickup requests for my shipment, but the assigned pickup agent never arrived despite the pickup location being only around 5 km away. When I contacted him, he clearly said he would not come for pickup.

@MSEDCL I am a tenant staying in a PG accommodation in Phase 3, Hinjawadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Bhoirwadi, Pune.
I do not have access to the customer number as I am not the owner. However, the entire area is affected Kindly register this complaint based on the location if possible.

@MSEDCL Working professionals living in Pune are facing repeated power cuts every few days and now entire nights are without electricity. Why build an IT hub like Hinjewadi IT Park when you cannot ensure basic infrastructure?

This has become a repeated issue — power cuts every few days and now complete outages throughout the night. Please share the exact reason, restoration timeline

मगर ये भी सत्य है की अनंतनाग के GMC अस्पताल में डॉ रुकसाना की टीम 3 दिन से अस्पताल छोड़कर घर नहीं गईं, सभी घायलों को जान लगाकर ज़िंदा बचाया।।

मारने वालों ने नफरत चुनी,बचाने वालों ने इंसानियत।
पाकिस्तान चाहता है कि हिंदुस्तान में नफरत बढ़े और देश का नुक़सान हो। आपको चुनना है कि उसे कामयाब करना है या नाकाम। जय हिंद,जय हिंद की सेना।
