Dear @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw sir, currently I am traveling in train no.19027 from Ludhiana to jammutawi in Vivek express in coach no B3 and below attached picture are self explaning. No coach attendent is here. Mine seat is fully loaded with blankets and AC is freezing us.

@RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw sir, below attached is my ticket. My jorney is from new Delhi to Jalandhar city on 08-04-22 in 12203 Garib Rath express. Train got diverted from moradabad. I am not board the train due to diversion. And now I am not getting my refund pls help.?

Dear @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw sir, this is not fair at all. First my train got diverted from moradabad and now I am not able refund my ticket at ticket counter. Sir Why should I pay if I'm not able to travel in train. It's my humble request to you kindly resolve this prob.

@RailwaySeva I don't want any assistant. I just wanted to show how much Indian railways care about their passangers. They divert train at last moment without any information. We all suffer because of this.🙄😶
