@jagograhakjago I have ordered something from Amazon which was scheduled to be delivered on 26 Sep . They have not dlivered it and marked it as delivered. They don't have any mechanism to raise complaint in app @AmazonHelp

@AmazonHelp I received one sms which is prompting me to give my KYC details. You are supposed to issue refund to original source of payment. If for getting payment you did not verify my age or identity then why for refund ? Anyway every data is stored in Amazon app.
