@redBus_in booked ticket from Trichy to Coimbatore on A/C sleeper bus on May 11th at 11:30pm .Without any information they changed from A/C to Non A/C bus .
If we asked what is the reason the bus agency and the cleaner was speaking bad words with rude behaviour.

Booked an A/C Sleeper from Trichy to Coimbatore via @redBus_in. Without any intimation, they downgraded it to Non-A/C. When questioned, staff responded rudely with foul language: "Want to travel? Fine. Else, get out!"
Unacceptable service and zero accountability. #RedBus
