My journey was booked on a single PNR from Delhi to Zurich, with Abu Dhabi only as a transit stop. Therefore, trip delay must be calculated from the original departure point Delhi to the final destination Zurich, not only from Abu Dhabi. My scheduled arrival at Zurich was 1:30 PM
But I actually reached at 7:40 PM, resulting in a total delay of 6 hours 10 minutes. This clearly qualifies as trip delay under the policy. If my onward travel had been scheduled at 4:30 PM from Zurich, I would have definitely missed it due to the delayed arrival.

After posting my complaint against Bajaj Allianz on X, their team asked for my policy number and contact details, saying they would process my grievance. I shared everything immediately, but till now I have received no update from their side. This shows complete negligence.
