@adidas @adidasUK I had made a return request of some of the items from my order I purchased online (in Ireland), I sent the return package with the prepaid shipping label provided, and it came back to me without any notification or a reason.

This has been an extremely poor experience so far to me as a customer, the kind that one does not expect from a brand like @adidas and needless to say I am still due the refund. Can you please look into this matter?

After making a complaint with customer support , I was a given a new shipping label, I followed the same process, and the package came back to me twice.

The customer support team is clueless why is this happening, and suggesting me to repeat the same thing again a third time.
