@jolly_virendra @excitel_rocks @DoT_India They’re trying their best to fraud innocent customers. As you can see from the screenshots, they tried to reject my refund claim stating that my router was “faulty”. Luckily i had a screenshot stating the opposite. Gonna file a legal complaint soon.

@excitel_rocks Totally fraudulent company. Got the connection terminated on 3rd Dec 2022 and the router was collected by the excitel representative on 4th December. I was informed that the refund shall be provided within 90 days. No refund has been provided. Ticket no.11632574.
