When you sell cars, you say that our cabin is silent. When we take deliveries after service, some vibrating noise is added in the cabin. Now, after complaining about it, you say that this noise is part of the vehicle. It means that you believe 'customer is fool.'

@MGSupportIndia @MGSupportIndia my car's issue has not been resolved, I gave my car to service centre Mohali to resolve the issue of abnormal sound from engine bay, instead one more sound added to it after 2 weeks. Now, the GM Mr. Vishal says that I have a problem in my brain, not the car.

@SkodaIndia I had booked a Slavia car in July, gave the booking amount of ₹25000 at that time, it is December and I still do not have the car, on top of that Krishna Skoda Chandigarh is deducting ₹250 from my booking amount. Instead they should pay me interest.

@MGMotorIn when you handover your car to MG for servicing and engine oil change, his is how they do it.🤔 Can anybody guess, what is that black liquid he is pouring into my car's engine? It doesn't look like new engine oil.

@MGSupportIndia I have received this video of engine oil change. First of all, the oil is not authentic, black in colour, a new can of any reputed engine oil quality is not being opened, no video of old oil clearing, my servicing was completed on Monday morning but my car is still not ready.
