If the fundamental particles of the universe can assume a superposition of multiple realities at once, I think there's space for me between belief and truth.
@Puffindor simple fix: There's a plug in the garbage disposal that needs to be knocked out with a screwdriver before the dishwasher drain hose is put back on. Disconnect the drain hose, get a screwdriver and a mallet. Tap inside the hole until the screwdriver slides all the way in.
@ShutUpShow Does Quinns work for CMYK now? Cause that'd be awesome! Also if SUSD became the lapdog of their marketing department I'd personally be cool with that. CMYK is the best "vibe" in boardgaming right now.
Here’s a video produced by “Led by Donkeys” out of the U.K. that puts down the timeline of how Musk used X to get Donald Trump elected. I would save it because I don’t think it will be up for long.
@LederGames are you feeling okay? You're ONLY charging me $50 for the new ROOT expansion? With two maps? And hirelings? And a new deck? Do you pay your employees? That price feels like I'm stealing. Root: The Homeland Expansion, via @Kickstarter https://t.co/MPWgiI4FBP
@PatrickLeder You causally drop the name of another game and I'm not supposed to ask any questions? No, it's cool, I'm cool. You'll talk more when you're ready. We see you. We hear you.
@realDonaldTrump This is an anti-Harris ad right? It is suppose to make voters NOT vote for Kamala?! This is the best your team can do to cast Kamala in a bad light? You must have sleeper agents in your media team that want her to win.
@TomBrewstErr I'd really like a "How to get the most out of Arcs" video. I know it is 'not a game for everyone' but most negative reactions sound like the reviewer or someone they played with missed the whole mindset of the game.
@DanThurot Wilmot Warehouse: I got it because I think it would be a good game to play with my 9-year-old that might also work well with my 13 and 14-year-old. I feel like we have similar ages in our kids. What was your thought?
@Clint_Davey1 I wish things had worked out differently and Leder had been able to release the base game at least 6 months before the expansion. The base game deserves repeated plays. The base game (without even Leaders and Lore) deserves time to shine. w/ expansion = Oath sequel
@Clint_Davey1@JohnnyDeathHawk@BraininaJar2 If you are curious you should try it! Also, you don't need to START with the expansion: The base game is enough to begin with.
@mattthr Pretty sure Leder is being proactive on avoiding the "where are we getting a big box?" issue with Arcs because of the constant request for Big Box Root
@BickNachmann Arcs just shows what development does. Amazing job! I hate game design leaves the knobs on: like having a unit cost 2 "A"s and 3 "B" s so it's easier to tune the value. Arcs is smooth. Example: Weapons are used differently than fuel and materials. Elegant development work!
@TomBrewstErr I'm grateful for your work. And I'm glad SUSD will help Arcs be exposed to a wider audience. It's so accessible for how deep the strategy can run. Oh, and it's fun!
@DanThurot I played my first game last night and I'm so excited by it I'm basically fanboying all over the Internet. Finding posts about it and just blabbering praise! I studied every detail for 18 months and, still ... I was not prepared ... What a ride!
I had sky-high expectations for @LederGames Arcs ... and it did not disappoint! I feel like I was dreaming about last night's game! It feels like a rollercoaster! Every action taken feels like a step taken in an elaborate story with plot twists and unlikely upsets! Unbelievable!
