इस वीडियो ने मुझे झकझोर दिया।

ये उस भारत के लाचार युवा हैं - जिसकी सरकार अपने अरबपति दोस्तों पर लाखों करोड़ लुटा देती है, पर अपने ही छात्रों को एक सुरक्षित सफ़र तक नहीं दे सकती।

चुनाव के वक़्त यही सरकार पूरी-पूरी ट्रेनों का इंतज़ाम कर लेती है। और परीक्षा देने जा रहे छात्रों के हिस्से में आती है - भीड़, घुटन, और बेबसी।

इससे बड़ा सबूत क्या होगा कि मोदी सरकार छात्रों की गूंज सुनना ही नहीं चाहती।

पर मैं वादा करता हूँ - हम यह आवाज़ उन बहरे कानों तक पहुँचाएँगे। हर छात्र को उसका हक़ मिलेगा, उसका न्याय मिलेगा।

My letter will reach you shortly. However, I thought it was important to draw your attention to this matter early.

Firstly, congratulations to the RSS on completing 100 years.

An organisation that claims over 60,000 shakhas and crores of swayamsevaks must also uphold transparency and constitutional accountability.

As per RSS’ highest and most important decision making body Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha’s 2025–26 Karnataka report, the RSS has 4,127 daily shakhas, 1,389 weekly milans, 60 monthly mandalis, 2,194 Samajotsavas with 19.61 lakh participants and held 562 route marches with 2.21 lakh uniformed participants in the state.

With such scale and influence, the RSS must clarify its legal status, registration, office bearers, funding, expenditure, taxation and permissions for public activities.

If citizens, labour, NGOs, trusts, temples and companies are expected to register, disclose and comply with the law, why should the RSS remain exempt?

In its centenary year, the RSS must responsibly abide by the Constitution and register, disclose, pay applicable taxes and function transparently within the Constitution.

As suggested in my letter, I am looking forward to hearing from @RSSorg soon.

There was a time during the Congress era when our Prime Minister could stand up to the USA and firmly defend India’s position.

And now, after two of our sailors have lost their lives and one is reportedly missing following a US Navy action, even the MEA statement struggles to name the USA directly.

The contrast could not be starker.

People should understand before it’s too late: if there is one party that has historically been willing to put India’s national interests above everything else, it is the Congress Party.

After Vote Chori and Sarkar Chori - the BJP-EC jugalbandi has finished the contest before it has even begun with Seat Chori.

Look at what happened in the recent Rajya Sabha elections.

Congress candidate Meenakshi Natarajan ji submitted every document. No pending cases. The EC cancelled her nomination on a frivolous BJP objection.

Parimal Nathwani ji, the BJP-backed independent, got his own name wrong on the form and skipped multiple mandatory disclosures. The EC gave him an extension to fix everything.

Same Election Commission. Two candidates. One was disqualified without even a hearing. The other was rewarded despite not following the rules.

When the Congress sought a meeting, the EC first tried to evade us. When we finally met, they did not say one word.

Expect to see much more of this - because for the BJP, it is far easier to fix the election than to win it.

It is peak irony that on the day the BJP is celebrating Prime Minister @narendramodi’s supposed long stay in power as a cooked-up milestone for Indian democracy, the election machinery under his watch has illegally rejected the nomination of Congress candidate Ms. Meenakshi Natarajan for the Rajya Sabha election from Madhya Pradesh.

This is the real condition of democracy under Modi. The rejection of Ms. Natarajan’s nomination is not a routine scrutiny decision. It is a blatant illegality and a clear political conspiracy.

Despite having numbers to win only two Rajya Sabha seats from Madhya Pradesh, the BJP first fielded a third candidate. It then tried horse-trading by offering huge money to Congress legislators. When those attempts started failing and Congress MLAs stood united, the BJP used the election machinery to directly reject the Congress candidate’s nomination.

The ground used to reject her nomination is completely illegal. There is no criminal case against Ms. Natarajan in the eyes of law. A private complaint does not become a criminal case unless the court takes cognizance. A mere notice from a court is not a criminal case and need not be disclosed.

This clear legal position was placed before the Returning Officer. Yet, her nomination was rejected. This shows that the decision was not independent, fair or impartial. It was politically driven to help the BJP manufacture a victory it could not win honestly.

This is part of a larger design. Through SIR and other methods, the BJP has been carrying out vote theft. Now, seat theft has been added to the same project. Whether by manipulating voters, breaking parties, buying loyalty, misusing institutions or stealing seats, the BJP’s aim is the same: to create artificial numbers in Parliament. And, these artificial numbers are needed to pass anti-democratic and anti-constitutional laws without resistance.

The Congress will strongly oppose this assault on democracy and the Constitution. We will stand with the people and fight this injustice in every democratic avenue.
