Go for morning "walk" in groups of no less than 6.
Walk 2 km while discussing latest WhatsApp forwards.
Assemble in the park.
Sit on stone benches and lift arms and legs thinking they are doing asanas.
Do breathing exercises and some laughter routines.
Chat and gossip.
Eat samosas and kachoris with sweet milk chai.
Go home.

No wonder fitness is at its lowest right now.
