@amazonIN I am so disappointed with Amazon, service is dropping day by day. Delivery agents are not adhering to timelines, not picking the packages and updating status as delivered, from last one hour I am searching option in Amazon app to connect with customer care, but no luck.

@zomato When I enquired abt it to our executive she said he will reach soon. I told her I want delay coupon as it was not flashing on your app, she said post delivery i will get it... I am still awaiting the coupon... And there is no way I can raise query.....very disappointing.

@zomato very disappointed with your service... I am gold member with guaranteed delivery, your delivery guy reached late inspite of correct address uploaded on app. He initiated at doorstep 20 minutes before he reached my home.

I guess @amazonIN is not bothered about its customer any more.. first of all its difficult to reach your customer service and after requesting call, customer service not bothered to call and solve problem... Woww..

@AmazonHelp I ordered a house shape shelve on 17.11.21 it was new order, when the delivery person arrived he asked for exchange product and somehow mixed up with the previous returned product, so the product was not delivered, still can't see refund status, app is showing product not deliver

@myntra @MyntraSupport I don't know what's wrong going with you, three times received wrong products and your courier partner is not picking up my one return, when I call your support it so difficult to reach your executive and have to go through all the recorded process.. pheww.
