Dear Myntra,
My ₹24,023 prepaid order placed on 10 May 2026 was never delivered. Instead, it was falsely marked as “Delivered.”
Over 45 days, countless calls, multiple complaints, and repeated promises of resolution later, I still have no product and no refund. Worse, my complaints have been closed repeatedly without any resolution.
I now demand:
✔️ Immediate refund of ₹24,023
✔️ Compensation for the harassment and inconvenience caused
Failing this, I will be approaching the Consumer Commission and pursuing all available legal remedies.

I was charged double on my credit card at Delhi Duty Free on the 21st of March & I have been mailing ur help centre and have provided all the necessary documents but there had been no revert from your side.
