Just back from the first Equalities Conference.

The Conference was brilliant, full of information, and well organised. Very informative, and I believe everyone came away with new ideas on how to raise awareness in their stores.

Following negotiations with Tesco, we welcome the announcement that staff pay will increase to £13.28 per hour ⬆️

This above-inflation increase represents a pay increase of 43% over the last five years 🎉
