@videogie Hard to say with 1 image, it looks like a submucosal lesion seeing the the pit pattern is well preserved, might be a lipoma, i would perform the pillow test to try to rule out a lipoma, it would also be interesting to see a scan AP to see its radiological aspect and vascularity
