They aren't prepared to handle a flight for more than 2hrs. Had this experience twice in a code share with @TurkishAirlines

@ruchikdv I had similar experience @ruchikdv . Our account manager did not even inform us and our account for suspended just recently. The invoices were cleared but contract was due, however there was no heads up given before closing the account due to small paper work left to be done.
