The accredited independent local observers @ZESN1 and @ercafrica were arrested to deny and block an opportunity to do Parallel Voter Tabulation ( PVT) as advised by @ZECzim , unfortunately their officials were arrested and equipment confiscated.

They had managed to deploy observers across the country to verify the ZEC results, a legal process of using publicly available data across polling stations.

To that effect this election can not be verified and results of it remain shrouded on mystery as state apparatus thwarted efforts on independent verification
