Character first is better, we want to play the character vs character matchup not stage matchup. I know a lot of y'all be maining PS2 out here but it doesn't have to be this way.

@ButterkixSSB it's also avoiding employing someone in the country in which the business is operating for the sake of making the higher ups/shareholders more money. It's the same idea as closing a factory in the US and moving the labour offshore to pay less for labour.
