@SirJarus I find the overall Best Graduating Student (BGS) award redundant. It should be limited to the departmental level due to the complexities involved in comparing courses across Social Sciences and Pure Sciences.

@SirJarus A perfect CGPA is achievable in Pure Sciences due to objective marking, but structurally impossible in Social Science due to subjective essay based assessment. This is not in any way dismissing the effort of those in Pure Sciences, as if it was easy, excellency doesn't come easy.
