@KevinMSullivan1 @CitizenFreePres In 2013 the DC Metro Police put out an order to target tourists that may have empty brass in their car. People have been arrested and prosecuted for it. I can't find any info where this has been revoked. It's best for gun owners to just stay away from that skid mark of a city.
