@TheCanadian19 I mean I say only the test and education. But I don't know what plays into healthcare ranking. But I do know that the OU medical system is one of the best in the country from OU childrens hospital to general OU medicine.

@TheCanadian19 If Oklahoma dropped the equal testing mandate and only had the top 8% of students that are actually interested like mass, their test score rank would skyrocket and their education rank would be top 30. A pretty big difference maker when testing standards aren't equal
