I don't think I'll ever get over the derogatory "she actually knows what she's talking about" comments from men, but also I know it hurts them even more to admit something that shouldn't be assumed to begin with, so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Working in the beer industry as a woman really can be frustrating compared to how I see my male workers being treated by customers, even though they're not always as elaborate or informative when talking about the product. They give half the effort to receive the same praise.
