@JamesMartinSJ How about you focus on not leading souls to perdition. Your grave immorality and sin in leading others away from the sacraments is insane. How are you going to excuse yourself before God…? Do you even believe in God?
@AL_J82 How does that emotional argument answer who recognized the Bible…
And you know who founded the KKK since you want to start saying abuses by members take away any validity? Protestants
@oliverburdick 💀 so you never say father Abraham or call your dad father? Then why does Scripture do both? Are you correcting the Bible now… or just misreading it?
Ive seen plenty of misrepresentations of Mary on here constantly. But why does Luke 1:28 call Mary "Full of Grace"? Why does Luke 1:42 say "blessed are you among women"? Why does Luke 1:48 say "all generations will call me blessed"?
Are protestants really comfortable speaking about Mary in a way not even Scripture does? Can God not choose to elevate someone by his grace? Or are we playing the lets limit what God can do?
Mary is the theotokos, she is the Mother of God. That is a title she was chosen for.
Ive seen people go as far and refer to her as a rag as in Isaiah. But Isaiah 64 does not deny that God can sanctify, fill, and elevate a person by grace. To deny this is to outright deny God's omnipotence. What we teach is that because of CHRIST, God did something UNIQUE in Mary.
Marys greatness doesn't come from herself, but from that special grace directly from God.
