If you're a business person and you don't have a plan of getting yourself RIV StablePay you may be living in 1900s but you don't know.
Crypto is going global and crypto payment is becoming a necessity that's why you need StablePay where you receive Crypto and it convert it automatically into fiat and send it directly to your bank account.
You need StablePay to serve your customer better
@Maviskrypt@KongBTC Been around enough community builds to know: copycat channels pop up within days of any traction. That's not a scam, that's a reason to verify official links. Got receipts beyond lookalike TG pages? Share them. Otherwise it's just FUD.
@KongBTC@Maviskrypt I spoke with the team and checked the build myself, everything is verifiable on-chain and the TG is open to everyone. The only wahala here is calling scam with zero receipts 😂 DYOR first
@Maviskrypt Fair skepticism, but I'd rather check the team and the product before judging either way. Calling it a scam with zero receipts is just noise, and noise is free. DYOR cuts both ways here.
One big change I've felt in recruitment for 2026, and it's not AI:
There is much more of a reliance on the consultative side of the job.
This is especially true when guiding senior talent through longer processes, and those entering the market after a long spell at one company.
I was asked this morning, 'is this normal?' My response was along the lines of, it is now.
To compare to previous years:
One of the first placements I made when I moved to Dubai was a relocation from London at mid-manager level. The company waited three months for them to move and paid schooling for their children.
That was a market willing to bend for the right person in a way that's very rare now, except at the very top.
So while every market we work in is unique in their own way, a few threads run through all of them:
1. Time to hire is up.
2. Competition is fierce.
3. Direct regional experience wins 9x out of 10.
Carrying expectations from a different market, or a different year, makes this harder than it needs to be.
I'm not saying settle for less. I'm saying it helps to know exactly what you're walking into before you walk into it.
And then from our side: it’s more than ever making sure we’re providing that context, managing expectations, giving honest advice, and helping good people see a process through.
📸: 10 points if someone can give me the beach club this was taken from.
Your index fund is a tech fund.
Broader technology is now 51% of the S&P 500 market cap. Half the entire index. In 2006 it was a fraction of that. Financials, health care, energy, everything else got squeezed into the other half.
Buy the S&P 500 and you are buying one sector wearing a diversified label. Know what you own.
Anon, ask yourself this:
Why is the Global Head of Product Strategy & Innovation of Bottomline, one of SWIFT’s top three payments and financial-messaging software providers, talking about how their partnership announcement with Chainlink moved $LINK’s market price?
No native staking is the underrated part imo. Payments alone won't force holding, so Soroban TVL has to do that work. Think RWAs routing through the native asset is the best shot at real value capture for stellar:native?
I think the biggest hurdle for $XLM is value capture
the rail is busy (payments, ~$900M stablecoins, ~$3.3B RWAs) but tiny fees and no native staking mean usage does not force people to hold #XLM.
@ChuzzyTech That's basically how I filter projects now. Securitize putting its reputation on a validator set says more than any whitepaper. Follow institutions, skip influencers.
Securitize joining a validator set is a real signal, not just a press release. A few years back I'd have laughed at the tokenization of everything. Now I just check which institutions signed on next. Less meme, more market, every quarter.
