What a great year it has been! As everyone has made their way back home for summer break, we’ve started to reflect on the progress we’ve made since we started as a team back in August.

Let’s give a big DC welcome to Jesse Hayduk! Jesse is graduating from Clarkston Sr High School in Michigan, and has experience competing in the MHSPLA organization. His determination and positive attitude will be welcome assets to our team! We are so thrilled to have him join us!

She also broke various state (MI) records in the squat, deadlift, and total, and also set a few Midwest regional records!  She is bringing DC National attention against the top collegiate teams in the entire country! We’re excited to see what the future holds for her!

We are so proud of Mikayla and her HUGE performance in her USAPL Collegiate Nationals debut! She came into the meet ranked 7th place, and ended up taking 2nd place! She is the new American record holder of the Collegiate 90kg Raw Deadlift at 227.5 kg/501 pounds!

Congrats to Dom on his great USAPL Collegiate Nationals debut! He hit new PRs on all lifts & his total. He came in ranked 30th to finish in 17th out of over 80 lifters in a very tough weight class. We are so proud of his hard work & positive attitude. Big things ahead!
