I was a community manager for Phenix for more than a year, basically did all tasks, social posts, AMA, giveaways… Everything

You probably know me from their AMAs - I hosted dozens of them

Henky - one of the founders blocked my personal account because he was scared that I would write this post and tag @phenixfinance

He was scared because I caught him lying

He lied that rebase had to be relaunched because of “legal obligations”

That is ,of course, a lie - there is no legal obligation to launch this ponzi token for the 4th fucking time, after it failed every single time

When I asked him about that, he started saying some stupid shit which made no sense and at the end said something like “We have an agreement with Assure DeFi”

But he didn’t know that I spoke to @AssureDefi earlier and that they had told me that they are no lawyers and that they can’t say what’s legal and what’s not - which totally makes sense

Yet Henky claims they have a legal “obligation” with Assure

He lied because he wanted to find another excuse to launch ANOTHER rebase token

Well, I didn’t plan to write this post, but now I will because I see I am blocked

I left the project for several reasons, but one of the biggest reasons was the fact that they decided to launch a rebase token AGAIN , after we all KNOW that it won’t work and that people will LOSE money

Fun fact: NOBODY from the core team belives in rebase nor would they invest in it themselves because they know the outcome

But they STILL wanna launch it after it failed 3 times - Cronos, Polygon then again Cronos and now again Polygon

Their reasoning “ wE hAve LegAl oBliGatIon”

Or : “ Rebase is for those who want it, there will also be a normal NestX token”

What a stupud reasoning…

They are basically launching something they know people will lose money on but their reasoning is “you dont have to invest in it, nobody forces you”

What is the conclusion? The core team doesn’t give a fuck about the community and they just want to grab quick cash for the treasury , from stupid people (not even degens, degens don’t invest in rebase in 2024) who will get a boner when they see APY 66 000%

And of course - such people will lose money because the price of the token will shortly start dumping at a speed of light, not mentioning the 20% taxes you have to pay….

But you know who won’t lose money? The core team’s treasury

I was sensing something was happening in this project for quite some time

The core team didn’t give a single answer to some questions, they often weren’t even able to communicate between each other yet they pretended like they knew what they were doing

They procrastrinated with some things for a very long time, they avoided to answer questions in a clear and concrete manner and when someone from the team would ask something they would say “ Philippe you entered negative spirale… “

Or my favorite : “ Philippe, tHe dEviL hAs tAkEn yOu”

What a fucking joke

I don’t know what their intentions are, but they are not for the wellbeing of the community

Guys, stay the fuck away from that project and from that token launch next month

Now they will say that thay used to pay me when they see this post haha

I RECEIVED A MONTHLY SALARY FROM THEM WHEN I WORKED FOR THEM

But guess why I received money? BECAUSE I WORKED AND THAT WAS MY COMPENSATION

I did all the social posts, giveaways, AMAs, partnership calls that Henky and Akira were not capable of doing

I was paid, so? This doesn’t change ANYTHING

I left voluntarily, not because they stopped paying me

I kinda moved away from the project at the end of last summer when I started sensing the entire project was going to shit

Now it’s dead, nobody cares about Phenix anymore but I still wanted to make this post

I got annoyed when I saw they (Henky) blocked me

Honestly I don’t care about technology or how a certain crypto project will help humanity or revolutionize the current system. I don’t give a f about that. I just want to earn money with crypto. I will go where the biggest potential for profit is. That will probably be memes in this cycle. Why would I care if a xy defi project does this and that? If it will make me richer I will care. But some of their actions don’t seem like actions that would do someone who cares about this community.

At the beginning they weren’t bad and the whole rebase thing was one big experiment. In 2022 it was an unexplored teritory and people actually thought the auto-compounding interest would work. We didn’t have any proof that it wouldn’t.

But when when it failed once, twice, 3 times…. It’s time to stop launching these ponzi tokens. Because now we know people will lose money, we have proof for that. It’s not ethical to launch them. Even the narrative is dead. Who invests in high apy rebase tokens in 2024? The stupidest of the stupidest people who will later complain and call the project a scam

And that’s what they want? Why would any serious project (as they say and think they are) wanted to be labeled as a scam? When you could literally have avoided that reputation by NOT LAUNCHING another rebase

We can all draw our own conclusions from these but facts are facts
