So many variables to consider.
Social media like any forum is heavily bias on the values you believe and the people you follow.
But, to blindly believe is naive
And to make matters worse our health is complex and even the smartest ethical doctors, coaches etc... know so little, as common practice was to not question what we were taught.
I'm a big believer in questioning the status quo, but you need to be careful to not start indoctrinating people with your own views.

I’d go further and make it into law. Big food wouldn’t know what hit them.
Overnight, you'd witness McDonald's offering gourmet steak burgers crafted with just 3-4 premium ingredients, Subway transforming its menu with authentic cuts of meat and freshly baked sourdough bread, and Kellogg's revolutionizing breakfast by introducing cereals rich in nutrients and free from artificial additives.
@RobertKennedyJr what do you say?
