As a customer, I don’t even deserve to speak to an agent even if shit is delayed from your end.
Few days back I had ordered food from one of the joint using Zomato and total was approx 2.4K.
Zomato couldn’t deliver due to bad weather and cancelled the order after 50mins. I called the restaurant and they sent their guy and for my surprise they only charged me 1.4K
