This is not just a crock, it is cynical. NPR and PBS hate rural folks and their ways and traditions. The typical consumer of public broadcasting is a college professor at an Ivy League college, or a purple-haired person who posts her pronouns and insists she's "binary." Public broadcasting exists for these people, and polling shows it. It is not just unfair to conservatives, it is also a regressive tax.

The Senate has started the 15 minute vote "to discharge" the rescission bill from the Approps Committee. That means yanking it out of Susan Collins's hands so the Senate can act on it
