@NicolasGallet1 @coinbase Didn't @coinbase just have to include the value of customer holdings as a liability on their balance sheet under 17 CFR Part 211 and so not wanting to do that, elected instead to rely on the unsecured creditors route?

Who knows what's going on under the bonnet, but @coinbase are getting roasted for reminding their customers that the law does not favour the proprietary rights of consumers' crypto IF they go down. Have they raised this because they're shakey or for some other agenda? #crypto
