Being patient and knowing when not to click buttons is one of the hardest parts of trading
I always like the analogy of traders being like a bird of prey - they hover for hours searching for food, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. They don’t dive down at every opportunity they get, they are patient and preserve energy till the odds are in their favour. That’s when they attack.
Preservation of time and capital is one skill I’ve always kept at the top of my list.
Anyone can make money, few can keep it.
Be like the bird.
