Sustainability also needs evidence.
Can insulation reduce fuel per serving? Can the machine last and be repaired locally? Charcoal and briquettes still produce emissions.
This #WorldFoodDay, we’re sharing a concept and asking: what would make it useful to you? Kindly share.
On #WorldFoodDay, we’re thinking about the people who turn local produce into everyday meals.
The corn and ube seller. The boli vendor. The yam roaster.
What would it look like to design better tools around their work?
Our food culture already has value. Innovation can support the people keeping it alive.
A multipurpose roaster could help vendors adapt to seasonal produce and customer demand.
But easier work and better earnings must be tested with vendors, not assumed.
We haven’t posted here in a while.
But we’ve been quietly building.
Recently, a government official visited our food processing facility and we got a 100% rating.
This is more than a score.
It’s affirmation of the systems we build around safe food processing in Nigeria.

It took me 112 hours, and some cream white and Gold balls of yarn to produce this masterpiece for a client.🤎🤎🧶
Should this come across your TL, kindly repost my handwork 🙏🙏

@DOBabatunde Oh, my apologies. Good morning. We have a 24 tray dehydrator. Can do 50kg of vegetables and 100kg+ of grains. It is 2.5 million Naira. Do you need something bigger?

Behind every dried fruit, packaged snack, and shelf-ready product are hardworking hands and innovative minds.
Today, we celebrate the food processors, factory workers, and entrepreneurs who transform raw produce into value.
Happy New Month & Happy Workers’ Day! 🌟
Dehydration Tip.
Slice fruits thinly before dehydration because thinner slices dry faster. And when they dry faster, your machine doesn’t have to run as long.
That means you use less power, save more energy, and get your products out quicker. Simple move, big impact.
Thank God It's Good Friday.
Here's a packaging tip for food processing agribusinesses:
✅Use air-tight, moisture-proof packs. It helps dehydrated food to stay crisp and safe. Dehydrated food sells better when presented well.
