@UselessSpy Would you want a female family member going into politics with all the online abuse they have to take? No idea why so many were against that hate speech Bill coming in...
@JulieanneCorr Polarised politics and social media to blame.....or in short, toerags are to blame. Id encourage both my daughter not to get into politics and it's toxic and dangerous. If they have opposing views to the left or the right they are fair game for personal attacks and abuse.
@Ontheboldstep Prior to contacting him, contact people online, in pats, jog's, bodywhys, etc. Get a petition going and throw a few thousand signatures at him. Nothing has changed in years (other than the numbers of EDs). The English model of treatment is far superior.
Well done Amanda ๐ ๐ช
@KilclooneyJohn Not a moment too soon. The English can't handle their pints, their sausages are rotten and nearly everyone works over Christmas as it is. No biggie.
@AnthonyLCasey Start another freedom party ๐คฃ๐คฃ the state of ya. If ya worked half as hard for the community as the lads in the gables did maybe you'd have a sliver of respect from the community. All you do is whinge & moan like the rest of those self titled 'nationalists'
@WhitieMarsh@Care2much18 My understanding is that it'll only heavily impact large businesses. And if they implement more sustainable practices then what harm. It's all obviously coming from research carried out by the experts. Ypu think Dublin is bad for public transport, try living outside of Dublin ๐คฏ
@WhitieMarsh@Care2much18 Opinions don't really matter now. It's EU law. CSRD - check it out. Gonna affect every business in Europe from Jan. Can't say i agreed with Eamon Ryan removing car parking spaces from town centres when only Dublin has an efficient public service option
@WhitieMarsh@Care2much18 No. While it's not high on my agenda, the greens had a weaker commitment to reduce carbon emissions than FF, FG or SF, which I was surprised to hear. Green agenda is going nowhere regardless of who's in power.
@JamesStokesSF True. It's a Newbridge/Curragh issue. And no Newbridge TD was elected. Doesn't mean that it's not a major issue for Newbridge. But continue sweeping it under the carpet since Newbridge doesn't seem to matter a fxxk. Is it any wonder the people were so disengaged.
