It seems pharmacy benefit managers don’t like that people are learning about their little shadow operation. Pharma is a problem, but insurance owned PBMs (optum, caremark, etc) are pulling the strings. Won’t somebody think of the vertically integrated billion dollar corporations?
I MATCHED! I'm going to be a SURGEON! 🥳✨️🔪
So grateful for the family, loved ones, mentors, and patients who encouraged and inspired me. Surreal, but I'll work hard to make you proud.

Reflecting on my surgical clerkships & Sub-Is as I continue my #GenSurgMatch2023 journey and so full of love for Surgery, whether supporting patients/families facing the fight of their lives on Surgical Oncology, improving laparoscopic skills on the FLS trainer,
Learning nuances of hernia repairs on Emergency General Surgery, participating in hyper-realistic Trauma simulations, or working with the best patients, faculty/resident mentors, students, and staff colleagues...
What an incredible experience participating in the @AmCollSurgeons ASSET course today! Thank you @VCU_Surgery and my chief for this unique privilege 🤓 #medtwitter
Thank you to @jcsalamea from @uazuay for leading our case discussion this morning on challenges & solutions to complex care in low resources settings! #CurbsidetoBedside
