what’s interesting is that the height actually works better for Draco than people realize,the books describe him as tall and slender,with that pale, sharp featured appearance,so Lox Pratt towering over Harry and the others arguably makes Draco feel more physically imposing which fits the character’s arrogance perfectly.

the hair is the bigger change,in the books,Draco’s hair is specifically described as sleek,white blond and in his early years,slicked tightly back.
the HBO version clearly isn’t recreating Tom Felton’s exact look,but it does seem to be giving Draco a more natural hairstyle while keeping the pale blond,aristocratic appearance.
