There's good days, then there are #grape days. The past three days of #harvest have been incredible. We harvested over 6,000lbs of #foch.

From #vine to #wine, it's #harvest time!

We spent the morning picking #foch #grapes from our #vineyard.

Next, the grapes were dumped into the destemmer. They are held and fermented in a tank until we get the appropriate color and then they will head to the press! Stay tuned!
