If they had a clue how technology works, they would understand that C22 will simply drive *actual* criminals to use alternate means.

What it WILL enable is to police the rest of us. Our communications, applications, transactions, devices and ultimately, our behavior and interaction.

In the police state *everyone* is a criminal, while criminals roam free, while the law no longer represents justice, but simply power.

The kool-aid is always "to catch the criminals" and "to keep us safe".
