Received today principals of an interesting private-public collaboration to build pharmaceutical value chains in Africa and the Carribean. This is the Nigeria AMA Biomedical Manufacturers strategic collaboration with Barbados Pharmaceuticals Inc. led by Alhaji Musa Bello and comprising Professor Nasidi, David Pauza, Ian Cameron and Cindi Lewis and others. This partnership is an example of the decentralization of value chains and value addition in developing countries that the WTO seeks to encourage under the rubric of re-globalization.
