We are very sad to announce that Delfi-PQ has re-entered in the atmosphere. On January 13th, it would have been 2 years in orbit but it gladly operated till the end!
Delfi-PQ is also quickly coming to its final dive in the atmosphere. Its altitude has quickly decreased over the last couple of months and now only few days are left!
It has been more than a week since Delfi-C3 reached the end of its life. She has been working really hard for the past 10 years.
Her radiant legacy will live on through the forthcoming TU Delft satellites(grandchildren). (Delfi-Next, Delfi-PQ)
Her last "beeps" were...
@pe0sat Potentially yes, we cannot exclude that possibility. We still monitor it daily and we would love to receive another notification it operational.
Probably the last TLE for Delfi-C3

355 frames received and submitted from Delfi-C3 in the past few days! Thanks @pe0sat@amsat_sm@Djoekster KD8CAO OK2FCO!
We are noticing TLEs might not be very accurate lately, the decay is getting extremely fast...
Update of the #DelfiC3 reentry forecast.
While nominal forecasts are trending towards early Nov 13, arrival of a CME shockfront causing a mild geomagnetic storm is expected for 11/12 Nov, which might speed up decay. So either Nov 12 or 13 is possible

@Djoekster@pe0sat@amsat_sm No need to set ip/ports. I only updated the basic functionality to submit frames so the server settings are not currently used.
New Delfi-C3 demodulation / uplink client ready! Thank you very much @amsat_sm and @pe0sat for your help!

The application requires Java 8 JRE at least and it can re-use the old connection credentials to submit to our repository. If you have never submitted telemetry before, please add your callsign in the settings window.
