Our Judicial Review action is mentioned in this article:

[Linda Daly @LindaDaly19]

I wrote a piece on housing and judicial reviews, if you’d like to have a read. Go directly to court, do not pass go

A great letter and it captures many of the reasons why we find ourselves taking a Judicial Review. Our village needs to press pause so that infrastructure can catch up #Delgany #SHD @killianwoods

[Killian Woods @killianwoods]

This is an excellently composed letter on why many people are taking judicial reviews of plans to build large-scale housing projects.

I've read lots of the so-called "vexatious" objections. I'm yet to see one that doesn't have a good point to make

@skearon New residents deserve decent facilities : school places, roads and public transport. Green space etc, why build yet another car dependent development?

Looking forward to an @RTE_PrimeTime special on SHDs tonight, our spokesperson Carina will be talking about our #DelganySHD

[RTÉ Prime Time @RTE_PrimeTime]

They were meant to help solve the housing crisis: Strategic Housing Developments, or SHDs. Tens of thousands of new homes were promised in a fast-track process. But it hasn't worked out like that, explains @OonaghSmyth1 #rtept https://t.co/U1cKzQHhtg

UPDATE- Our case was adjourned this morning.
We will be back again next Monday morning for our leave hearing.
Judge Humphreys did however give us a provisional hearing date for 5 April 2022. Almost a year away...#Delgany #SHD #JudicialReview

Much needed road improvements have not been funded. The Delgany village to Blacklion road has been listed for improvements for more than 30 years!
How long will it be before the road is safe for our children to walk to school? #DelganyJR #SHD

[DelganyJR @DelganyJr]

Thanks to all of our supporters. We simply could not take this action without the backing of our #Delgany and #Greystones community. https://t.co/Tawsq4tLhK

Delgany JR members signed their affidavits this week in the Burnaby Park. Our case was heard in the High Court today- a formal hearing to satisfy the limitation period . The case was adjourned to the special SHD list on 12 April 2021.#Delgany #SHD #JudicialReview #FirstStep
