If you decide to buy a BMW, suddenly you see BMW’s everywhere.
Did BMW’s sales spike in your area?
No.
They were always there.
So how come they suddenly seem to appear out of thin air?
There’s a part of our brains that is a “Reality Generator”.
It sounds crazy, but it’s true.
This part of our brain didn’t allow you to see the BMW’s before because it was actively deleting them out of reality.
Now that you have flagged them as "Important," your brain allows you to see them.
At the base of your brainstem, there is a bundle of nerves called the Reticular Activating System (RAS).
Think of the RAS as the Bouncer of your Mind.
At any given second, your senses are bombarded with 8 million bits of information.
Your conscious brain can only process about 40 bits of information.
If you tried to process everything, you would go insane instantly.
So, the RAS deletes 99.9% of reality.
It only lets in what matches your internal search parameters.
This is why the "Victim" is always victimized.
If you believe "The world is against me," you have programmed your RAS to hunt for evidence of persecution.
You will spot the rude cashier.
You will hear the insult in the compliment.
You will be blind to the open door right in front of you.
Your brain literally edits out the opportunities because they do not match the filter you set.
You are not unlucky.
You are neurologically fixated on the negative.
You cannot change the external world.
But you can change the Search Parameters.
If you program your RAS for Opportunity, you will begin to see deals, connections, and money where others see nothing.
You are walking through the exact same physical space as the broke man.
But you are living in a completely different reality.
Be careful what you focus on.
You are not just "thinking" about it.
You are giving your brain instructions on what to keep and what to delete.
If you focus on problems, you will find them.
If you focus on solutions, you will create them.
You do not see the world as it is.
You see the world as you are.

🚨 David Beckham on Cape Verde’s elimination after pushing Argentina to extra time in the FIFA World Cup:
🗣️ “This is the cruelest side of football. Cape Verde have been eliminated, but they leave this tournament with something far more important than just a scoreline—they leave with the respect of the entire football world. They took the defending world champions all the way into extra time and made Argentina fight for every single minute. Nobody expected that before kick-off.
When I think about this performance, I think about Vozinha first. His saves kept Cape Verde alive when many teams would have collapsed. Then you have Deroy Duarte and Sydney Lopes, two players who will forever be remembered in their country’s football history. They scored against Argentina, they believed when so many people doubted them, and they gave millions of Cape Verdeans a night they will never forget.
People will only remember that Argentina qualified, but those who truly understand football will remember how close Cape Verde came to creating one of the greatest upsets in World Cup history. They never hid, they never stopped running, and they never accepted that they were supposed to lose. Every challenge, every tackle, every attack showed a team playing with pride, courage, and absolute belief.
This is not a story of failure. This is a story of a nation announcing itself to the football world. Cape Verde arrived at this World Cup as outsiders, but they leave having proven they belong on the biggest stage. They stretched the world champions to their absolute limit, forced them into extra time, and made them earn every second of their qualification.
Football can be incredibly unfair. Sometimes the team that captures the hearts of everyone watching is not the team that advances. But no whistle can erase what Cape Verde have achieved. Vozinha, Deroy Duarte, Sydney Lopes, and every player wearing that shirt have inspired a generation. Argentina continue their journey, but Cape Verde leave this World Cup as heroes.”

Research shows a 72-hour fast can completely rebuild your immune system.
A study from the University of Southern California has revealed that fasting for 72 hours can trigger a complete regeneration of the immune system.
Researchers found that prolonged fasting causes the body to deplete its glucose and fat reserves, forcing it into a detoxifying state that eliminates damaged cells and toxins.
When normal eating resumes, stem cells are activated, leading to the production of fresh, healthy white blood cells. This immune reboot effect was observed in both mice and humans, particularly in chemotherapy patients who showed improved immune health after fasting cycles.
Lead researcher Dr. Valter Longo explains that during fasting, a gene called PKA is suppressed—this gene must be turned off for stem cells to enter regenerative mode.
As a result, the immune system essentially clears out older, weaker components and rebuilds itself anew. While more research is needed to explore the full range of benefits across organs, the study suggests that fasting could be a powerful, drug-free strategy for enhancing immunity, especially for those with weakened systems due to aging or cancer treatment.
