@CorkGourmetGuy I agree. My point is what you see on TV & the reality are two different things. I was on the programme. I left a tidy bench. I came back and it was messy - to create, what, talk, drama, chaos? I don't know. But what you see on screen & what goes on in the kitchen are different.
